On the KAMAR portal, you are able to view your student/s attendance, results, reports, awards, etc. There is also a link to the school calendar.

We are no longer using SchoolPoint.

Skool Loop enables parents/caregivers to send in absences and receive daily notices, newsletters and other forms of communication.

MOBILE PHONE APPLICATION

This is a FREE calendar app available to all parents, students and teachers.

It is called the Skool Loop app and can be accessed via your mobile phone or tablet.  It should also allow parents to report absentees to our main office.

Once you have downloaded the app, simply select Kaitaia College from the dropdown list, then press select.

Select:

"Absentee" - You are able to either call in an absentee or send an email direct to our Attendance Officer: ​​​Mrs Donna Subritzky.

"Calendar" - You will see the calendars that appear on this website.  NOTE: Only YOU can see what you have on your "personal" calendar.

"Notices" - You will soon be able to receive notices regarding trips (sports or other), where there may be a cancellation or expected time to arrive back in Kaitaia.

"Newsletter" - This will take you to our school website to check out the latest newsletters.  It will also take you to the Daily Notices when you scroll down past the Newsletters.​
